30-Day Easy Returns for Physical Products
Return Policy Overview for Physical Products
- Return Window: You will have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return items.
- Condition: The items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

Return Costs for Physical Products
- For Defective Products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any other way.
- For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you choose to return an item for reasons other than it being damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping in CAD currency. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees
- We do not charge any re-stocking fee for returned items.
How to Return an Item (physical product)
- Contact Us: Email our team at info@naturalhealthsolutions.shop with your order number and reason for the return.
- Pack Your Item: Once we confirm the return with you, repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.
- Send it Back: We will email you more detailed instructions along with the return shipping label. You will drop your package off at the nearest shipping carrier location as per the instructions in the return authorization email.
Refund Process for Physical Products
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- Refund: After inspection, your refund will be processed asap. It usually takes 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges for Physical Products
Want to swap for a different size, color, or product? No problem. Reach out to us, and we’ll help you exchange your item quickly and easily.
Non-Refundable Items
All digital products — including e-books, guides, courses, and online assessments/analyses — are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, with no exceptions. Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, all sales of digital products are final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction, accidental purchase, or failure to use the product.
For hygiene and safety reasons, some physical product items may not be eligible for return. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description.
